Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Immobilienmanagement, Immobilienwirtschaft, Architektur oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen, handwerklichen oder gebäudenahen Umfeld (z. B. Gebäudetechnik, Bau, Handwerk, Facility Management o. Ä.)
- Auch geeignet für qualifizierte Quereinsteiger mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Lust digital zu arbeiten in einem jungen, dynamischen Unternehmen
- Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung von Vorteil
- Gutes technisches Verständnis für Gebäude, Instandhaltung und Abläufe
- Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit digitalen Verwaltungssystemen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
