- Erstellung von Betriebskosten- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen für Mietobjekte
- Erstellung von Hausgeldabrechnungen für WEG-Objekte inkl. Wirtschaftsplänen
- Prüfung und Zuordnung von Kostenpositionen sowie Kontrolle der Verteilerschlüssel
- Abstimmung der Abrechnungsdaten mit der laufenden Buchhaltung (Kreditoren-/Debitorenbuchungen)
- Überwachung gesetzlicher Fristen und interner Abrechnungszyklen
- Klärung von Rückfragen zu Abrechnungen mit Eigentümer:innen, Mieter:innen und unseren Property Managern
- Mitwirkung an der weiteren Digitalisierung und Standardisierung unserer Abrechnungsprozesse

Deine Aufgaben
Dein Profil
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Nebenkosten-, Betriebskosten- und/oder Hausgeldabrechnungen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau, Steuerfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbar von Vorteil
- Zahlenaffinität, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel); Erfahrung mit gängiger Hausverwaltungssoftware ist ein Plus
- Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Eigentümer:innen, Mieter:innen und internen Teams
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
